For peak season period (20 Dec -10 Jan): • Breeze villa will be additional charge of THB 10,500/villa/week • Other Villas will be additional charge of THB 3,500/villa/week • Cancellation of guaranteed bookings should be done 7 days before the arrival date. All cancellations received after the option date including non arrival shall be charged the deposit guaranteed rate.
